This role was created to help balance workload as responsibilities expand within the IT organization. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between business and IT requirements while driving projects forward.

Key responsibilities for this role will include:

• Coordinate and manage IT-related projects

• Collaborate with both business & technical teams; understand IT concepts and processes.

• Initiate projects from scratch and proactively identify risks or conflicts.

• Bridge gaps between business and IT requirements; Challenge assumptions and identify scope issues.

• Track timelines, manage deliverables, and ensure projects stay on schedule.

• Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Visio, and Asana.

• Report directly to project management leadership, Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): We may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support parts of our hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates. Associates Degree (or higher)
