Sr Network Administrator

We are seeking a Senior Network Administrator to lead the design, implementation, support, and optimization of enterprise network infrastructure. This role will be responsible for maintaining a secure, highly available, and scalable network environment across multiple locations while serving as a technical escalation point for complex networking issues.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting enterprise LAN/WAN environments, firewalls, routing, switching, wireless networks, and network security technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure
• Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and wireless solutions
• Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity planning initiatives
• Troubleshoot complex connectivity, performance, and security issues
• Manage VPN, SD-WAN, and remote access technologies
• Perform network upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvements
• Develop and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and procedures
• Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, and Cloud teams to ensure network reliability and compliance
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and business continuity efforts
• Serve as a senior escalation resource and mentor junior administrators, * Maintaining high network availability and performance
• Reducing downtime through proactive monitoring and optimization
• Enhancing network security and compliance
• Successfully leading infrastructure upgrades and modernization efforts

• 5+ years of experience administering enterprise network environments
• Strong experience with Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or similar networking technologies
• Deep understanding of:
• TCP/IP
• DNS
• DHCP
• BGP
• OSPF
• VLANs
• VPNs
• Routing and Switching
• Experience managing firewalls and network security policies
• Knowledge of network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
• Experience supporting highly available and redundant network environments
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, * Experience with cloud networking in Azure or AWS
• Exposure to SD-WAN technologies
• Experience with network automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python, Ansible)
• Industry certifications such as:
• CCNA
• CCNP
• Network+
• PCNSE
• NSE
• Aruba Certifications
