Job description

  • Coordinate hotel technology installation and upgrade projects.
  • Work with customers, engineers, suppliers and the sales team.
  • Plan project activities and schedules.
  • Monitor progress and keep customers informed.
  • Visit customer sites from survey through to project handover.
  • Take ownership of your own projects while supporting the wider Project Management team.

Travel

This is a home-based role with regular travel throughout the UK and occasional travel to Ireland.

Some Ireland visits may be Monday to Friday to allow multiple customer visits during one trip.

Requirements

  • Experience in IT infrastructure, networking or technical installations.
  • Customer-facing experience.
  • Good planning, organisation and communication skills.
  • A positive attitude and the confidence to communicate project progress, risks and delays.
  • A full UK driving licence.

If you are below the minimum age covered by the company’s vehicle insurance policy, you must be willing to use your own vehicle for business travel until you become eligible.

Desirable

Experience with one or more of the following:

  • Cisco, Aruba, Ruckus or Meraki
  • Wi-Fi, VoWi-Fi or VoIP
  • 3CX, IPTV or Casting technologies
  • Structured cabling
  • Hospitality or hotel technology
  • Coordinating engineers or installations, Candidates should ideally live within the South East, Midlands or surrounding areas with good access to the motorway network. Occasional meetings are held at the client office or in London.
