You’ll be at the heart of maintaining the infrastructure that powers global innovation, solving complex technical challenges, and ensuring uninterrupted service for millions of customers worldwide.Technicians in our Data Center Operations team perform hands?on hardware maintenance, including server installation, replacement, and troubleshooting of failed components like hard drives, memory modules, and network cards.Please note that this role involves working on a shift rotation that includes working early mornings, nights, weekends, and public holidays.Our sites are often in areas without public transportation links and would require access to your own transportation to the work location.Key job responsibilitiesDiagnose and resolve complex hardware and network infrastructure issues with precision and efficiencyConduct thorough root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement preventative solutionsMaintain rigorous safety standards and contribute to a proactive safety culturePerform physical repairs and equipment maintenance across data center environmentsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive comprehensive technical solutionsA day in the lifeYour day will be dynamic and impactful, diving into the intricate world of data center operations.
