Job description

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Digital Application Support Engineer to ensure stability and performance of web and mobile applications. You’ll work with the Site Reliability Team to monitor, troubleshoot, and improve incidents, runbooks, and support processes across L1-L3 teams.

Requirements

Required are 2-3 years in application support, strong debugging skills, and experience with monitoring tools. Travel up to 20% and a degree in computer science or related fields are expected.
