Job description

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking an Application Support Specialist for its Hospitality IT Support team in Madrid. You will resolve application issues, configure EMMA for hotels, and ensure smooth data flows between CRS, PMS, and loyalty systems, while maintaining strong relationships with hotel staff and loyalty teams.

Requirements

The role requires English and French fluency, a relevant degree, and ITIL/SAP familiarity, with travel up to 20% and a focus on delivering high-quality, customer-centric IT support
