Job description

We’re looking for a RAM Engineer to drive reliability, availability and maintainability across cutting-edge rail signalling projects. This is a critical role ensuring systems perform safely and efficiently throughout their lifecycle. You’ll work alongside people who show up with ownership, passion, and dedication - because they know what’s at stake: the journey home. Your role, your impact

  • Deliver RAM activities: RAM Plan, RAM reports, predictions, monitoring and demonstration plans
  • Analyse system performance and optimise RAM targets while balancing cost, safety and lifecycle constraints
  • Define and oversee RAM demonstration tests and validate field data from operation phases
  • Contribute to reliability growth and provide design recommendations based on RAM studies

Requirements

  • Engineering degree (RAM/Dependability is a plus)
  • Experience in RAM or RAMS (2+ years) or railway signalling (4+ years)
  • Knowledge of RAM analysis, prediction and monitoring techniques
  • Solid understanding of signalling systems architecture and principles
  • Strong foundations in probability and statistics
  • Teamwork mindset and analytical thinking
  • Fluent English (French is a plus)
