Job description

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a highly experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex enterprise IT initiatives from concept through implementation and operational transition. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, compliant with governance requirements, and aligned with business objectives., * Lead complex IT projects from business case development through production deployment

  • Develop project charters including:
  • Business problem statements
  • Scope definition
  • Timelines
  • Cost estimates
  • Resource plans
  • Dependencies
  • Stakeholder identification
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans and execution roadmaps

ITIL Process Deployment & Stabilization

  • Establish and stabilize ITIL-based operational processes for new and existing IT platforms
  • Ensure processes align with operational and business requirements
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Support successful transition into steady-state operations

Stakeholder & Workshop Management

  • Manage cross-functional teams including:
  • Business leaders
  • IT teams
  • Architects
  • Security organizations
  • Vendors
  • External consultants
  • Facilitate project kickoff meetings, workshops, and governance reviews
  • Manage competing stakeholder priorities while maintaining project objectives

Governance, Compliance & Risk Management

  • Oversee project execution through all governance tollgates
  • Coordinate:
  • Information Security reviews
  • Architecture reviews
  • Compliance checkpoints
  • Required approvals
  • Lead risk mitigation and issue resolution activities
  • Ensure adherence to enterprise project management standards

Communication & Reporting

  • Create and deliver executive-level presentations and status updates
  • Maintain PMO reporting and communication tools
  • Prepare leadership-ready dashboards and project metrics
  • Provide regular stakeholder communications and project updates

Project Execution & Delivery

  • Manage execution activities including:
  • Requirements gathering
  • Development oversight
  • Testing coordination
  • Production deployment
  • Hypercare support
  • Operational handoff
  • Track project performance against budget, scope, schedule, and quality targets
  • Manage vendor engagement and performance

Requirements

The ideal candidate combines strong IT project management expertise, ITIL process deployment experience, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise environments while driving measurable business outcomes., * Proven experience leading complex enterprise IT projects end-to-end

  • Strong IT Project Management expertise
  • Experience with ITIL process deployment and stabilization
  • Ability to manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and benefits realization
  • Experience working within enterprise governance frameworks
  • Strong stakeholder management and conflict-resolution skills
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication abilities
  • Ability to rapidly learn and manage projects involving new technologies and business processes, * Experience with Honeywell IT systems, tools, and processes
  • Experience using enterprise project management platforms such as ITPPM
  • Background managing infrastructure, application, or digital transformation projects
  • Experience overseeing third-party vendors and consulting partners

Pay Rate: $80.00/hr Shift: 1st Shift - Position is largely remote with some in office projects., * Primarily remote work environment
