Requirements

Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio to develop and maintain applications using C#, ASP.NET, and Web API for n-tier web deployment.
Experience developing and maintaining web applications utilizing HTML, XML, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
Experience with Oracle database development, including database design, PL/SQL coding, stored procedures, packages, indexes, triggers, views, and table creation.
Experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) application integration, including development of secure .NET web services using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), SOAP/RESTful APIs, message and queue processing, dynamic link libraries (DLLs) through package management, and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) technologies.
Experience using Team Foundation Server (TFS) and GitLab, including CI/CD for source code management and deployment.
Experience collaborating with UI/UX teams, Business Analysts, Architects, and Project Managers to define business requirements, technical solutions, and project timelines.
Experience developing and maintaining applications containing Healthcare data subject to HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI), HL7, and/or FHIR standards.
Experience with user provisioning, authentication, and authorization using Okta, LDAP, RSA, and Access Manager.
