Requirements

  • Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio to develop and maintain applications using C#, ASP.NET, and Web API for n-tier web deployment.
  • Experience developing and maintaining web applications utilizing HTML, XML, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
  • Experience with Oracle database development, including database design, PL/SQL coding, stored procedures, packages, indexes, triggers, views, and table creation.
  • Experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) application integration, including development of secure .NET web services using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), SOAP/RESTful APIs, message and queue processing, dynamic link libraries (DLLs) through package management, and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) technologies.
  • Experience using Team Foundation Server (TFS) and GitLab, including CI/CD for source code management and deployment.
  • Experience collaborating with UI/UX teams, Business Analysts, Architects, and Project Managers to define business requirements, technical solutions, and project timelines.
  • Experience developing and maintaining applications containing Healthcare data subject to HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI), HL7, and/or FHIR standards.
  • Experience with user provisioning, authentication, and authorization using Okta, LDAP, RSA, and Access Manager.
