Senior Manufacturing Engineer - Power Systems

Experteer Overview You will drive industrialization, ramp production, and continuous improvement for power electronics like inverters, transformers, and switchgears.As the main interface with contract manufacturers, you will ensure safety, quality, and scalability across assembly and test.You’ll lead process development, factory readiness, and cost-efficient manufacturing at CM sites, shaping how products move from NPI into stable mass production.This role offers impact through cross-functional collaboration and hands-on optimization in a fast-moving energy tech environment.Compensaciones / Beneficios* Serve as primary manufacturing engineering contact for contract manufacturers and suppliers* Drive readiness and operational execution for power electronics assembly, testing, subassemblies, and final system integration at CM sites* Ensure processes meet safety, quality, throughput, traceability, and repeatability standards* Conduct on-site support, process audits, DFMEA reviews, and manufacturing assessments at supplier facilities* Lead cost-reduction initiatives across subassemblies, main assembly, and test operations* Collaborate on design for manufacturability and component cost reduction opportunities* Support standardization of manufacturing and test processes across CM lines* Perform capacity analysis, line balancing, and establish KPIs (throughput, cycle time, FPY, downtime)* Drive standardized production controls and reporting across CM partnersResponsabilidades* Bachelor’s in Engineering related field* 5+ years in manufacturing engineering in power electronics, industrial equipment, renewable energy, or related sectors* Experience with NPI, production ramp, and manufacturing scale-up* Knowledge of Lean, PFMEA/DFMEA, control plans, root cause analysis, and process improvement methods* Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills* Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)Requisitos principales*

• Bachelor’s in Engineering related field
• 5+ years in manufacturing engineering in power electronics, industrial equipment, renewable energy, or related sectors
• Experience with NPI, production ramp, and manufacturing scale-up
• Knowledge of Lean, PFMEA/DFMEA, control plans, root cause analysis, and process improvement methods
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
