Hardware Engineer

Experteer Overview In this role you design, develop and optimize power electronics hardware for energy conversion systems, supporting the full product lifecycle.You’ll work with cross-functional teams to ensure performance, safety, and reliability while aligning with IEC, UL and CE standards.You’ll contribute to Nextpower’s mission to accelerate the global energy transition through integrated clean energy technology.This is an opportunity to shape hardware that improves efficiency and reliability at scale.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Design power electronics hardware, including schematics, power stages, gate drivers, and auxiliary circuits * Define hardware architecture based on requirements and select components accordingly * Perform electrical, thermal, magnetic calculations and simulations to optimize performance * Prepare and maintain design specs, test reports, BOMs and related documentation * Provide technical support during prototypes, pilot production and industrialization * Investigate hardware failures with root cause analysis and implement corrective actions * Support product certification activities to IEC, UL, CE and other standards * Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, manufacturing and quality teams to support development Responsabilidades * University degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field * 0-3 years of experience * Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken) Requisitos principales *
