Job description

  • Define and execute the technology strategy aligned with business goals and globalization objectives
  • Lead Engineering, Architecture and Data & AI teams to foster high performance and continuous improvement
  • Develop scalable, resilient, secure product platform and architecture
  • Drive AI/ML and advanced analytics initiatives to create customer value
  • Collaborate with CTO, Product, and Sales to translate strategy into technology capabilities
  • Establish governance standards for engineering, architecture, quality, security and technology

Requirements

  • 10+ years in technology, software engineering or data platforms
  • 5+ years in executive technology leadership roles (VP Engineering, Chief Architect)
  • Experience scaling technology organizations (SaaS, fintech, fraud prevention, data/AI)
  • Proven leadership of multidisciplinary engineering, architecture, data and AI teams
  • Experience in technology transformation and international growth
  • University degree in STEM fields
