Cybersecurity Engineer - Incident Response & Security Operations (M/F) Permanent Contract (CDI) Your Mission As a Cybersecurity Engineer , you will play a key role in strengthening the organization’s cybersecurity posture by working across multiple technical teams to detect, investigate and respond to security threats while continuously improving security processes and frameworks. Your Responsibilities - Manage and coordinate cybersecurity incident response activities. - Investigate security events and perform root cause analysis. - Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities. - Develop and improve incident response procedures and playbooks. - Collaborate with Infrastructure, DevOps, Software and IT teams on security initiatives. - Support vulnerability management and security risk assessments. - Implement cybersecurity best practices and security frameworks. - Participate in security audits and compliance activities. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of the organization’s security maturity. - Provide technical expertise on cybersecurity topics across engineering teams. Your Profile - Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Security Operations or Incident Response. - Strong experience in incident handling and security investigations. - Solid knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as: - NIST Cybersecurity Framework - ISO 27001 - CIS Controls - MITRE ATT&CK - NIS2 - Experience with SIEM solutions (Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, QRadar or equivalent). - Experience with EDR/XDR platforms (CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender, SentinelOne…). - Strong knowledge of Linux systems, networking and infrastructure security. - Experience in vulnerability management and system hardening. - Professional level of English. Nice to Have - Cloud Security (AWS, Azure or GCP). - Python, Bash or PowerShell scripting. - Threat Hunting or SOC experience. - Digital Forensics knowledge. - Security certifications (CISSP, GIAC, CEH, Security+…). - Experience in semiconductor, AI, HPC or embedded environments.
