Job description

In this role, you will contribute to diagnostic and monitoring solutions for state-of-the-art lithography systems that form the basis of modern semiconductor manufacturing. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Contributing to the development and assessment of diagnostic and monitoring concepts for lithography systems, learning how to analyze complex technical systems in a structured way
  • Analyzing field data from installed systems and deriving insights from it
  • Supporting the creation of business cases to evaluate the costs and benefits of new solutions and enable well-founded decisions
  • Researching and identifying innovations that can be incorporated into our solutions
  • Preparing your results and presenting them to the project team

Requirements

  • Ongoing studies in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, physics, mechatronics, or a comparable field
  • Strong academic performance and interest in topics such as diagnostics, monitoring, AI, or data science
  • High motivation to familiarize yourself with new topics
  • Ideally, programming experience in Python or MATLABAn independent, solution-oriented and communicative working style, and enjoyment of working in interdisciplinary teams
