ADMIN ODOO SYSTEM ENGINEER

Access Communications Group (ACG) is hiring an Admin Odoo System Engineer to administer, support, and continuously improve ACG’s Odoo ERP environment. This role is critical to ensuring system reliability, data integrity, user access control, and alignment between Finance, Operations, Estimating, and Management. This is a high-expectation, structured, fast-paced office role where documentation, ownership, and follow-through are non-negotiable.

What You Will Do

• Administer and maintain Odoo ERP modules supporting Finance, Operations, Estimating, HR, and Management.
• Configure workflows, permissions, user roles, and security settings.
• Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and access control within Odoo.
• Monitor system performance, data accuracy, and internal controls.
• Support ERP upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with internal or external resources.
• Support reporting, dashboards, and data exports.
• Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and change logs in alignment with QMS requirements.
• Act as liaison between business users and technical resources.
• Identify and implement process improvements through ERP optimization.

• 3-6+ years of experience supporting or administering ERP systems.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience administering Odoo ERP.
• Experience supporting Finance and Operations systems preferred.
• Construction, telecommunications, or project-based business experience a plus.

Skills

• Tech-savvy with strong Microsoft 365 proficiency.
• Strong Odoo ERP administration and configuration skills.
• Understanding of ERP workflows, permissions, and data structures.
• Advanced Excel for reconciliation and validation.
• Strong documentation, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
• Bilingual (Spanish preferred; English required).

Disqualifiers

• No hands-on experience administering Odoo ERP.
• No experience supporting Finance or Operations systems.
• Weak documentation or poor follow-through.
• Resistance to structure, standards, or accountability.
