OS & Ecosystem Manager

We are looking for an OS & Ecosystem Manager to lead the standardisation, performance, and evolution of the end-user computing environment, ensuring operating systems and devices are secure, efficient, and aligned with business needs., * Manage the lifecycle of operating systems, including updates, patching, and upgrades

• Define and enforce standard configurations and policies for end-user devices
• Oversee deployment and management of business applications
• Implement and maintain endpoint security baselines (encryption, antivirus, access control)
• Monitor device performance and identify optimisation opportunities
• Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Support teams

• 5-7+ years of experience in endpoint management or similar roles
• Strong expertise in operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android)
• Experience with endpoint management tools (Intune, Endpoint Manager, Jamf or similar)
• Strong understanding of endpoint security and device governance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
