We are looking for an OS & Ecosystem Manager to lead the standardisation, performance, and evolution of the end-user computing environment, ensuring operating systems and devices are secure, efficient, and aligned with business needs.This role is critical to delivering a high-quality digital workplace by optimising endpoint management and improving system reliability and user experience.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the lifecycle of operating systems, including updates, patching, and upgradesDefine and enforce standard configurations and policies for end-user devicesOversee deployment and management of business applicationsImplement and maintain endpoint security baselines (encryption, antivirus, access control)Monitor device performance and identify optimisation opportunitiesDrive automation initiatives to improve efficiencyCollaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Support teamsRequirements5-7+ years of experience in endpoint management or similar rolesStrong expertise in operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android)Experience with endpoint management tools (Intune, Endpoint Manager, Jamf or similar)Strong understanding of endpoint security and device governanceStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsNice to HaveExperience in scale-up or high-growth environmentsWhat We OfferHigh-impact role with ownershipCollaborative and fast-paced environmentCompetitive compensation and benefits
