About the roleSiga leyendo para comprender completamente lo que este trabajo requiere en cuanto a habilidades y experiencia.Si su perfil encaja, presente su candidatura.Canyon Bicycles is a global direct?to?consumer brand redefining how riders experience cycling through technology and design.Our e?commerce platform, built on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), is at the heart of how we connect with our customers worldwide.We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to strengthen our international digital team.In this role, you’ll help shape Canyon’s online experience by developing high?quality, scalable, and maintainable frontend solutions within our Salesforce Commerce Cloud ecosystem.You’ll collaborate closely with backend developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to deliver user?centric features and exceptional digital experiences.This role is based in our Canyon Tech Hub Barcelona, bringing together top tech talent to shape the future of cycling.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and optimize responsive web interfaces across our e?commerce platformImplement UI components and design elements using semantic HTML, modern CSS/SCSS, and JavaScript/TypeScriptTranslate design concepts into clean, performant, and accessible codeCollaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flowDrive improvements in performance, accessibility, and code maintainabilityParticipate in code reviews and share knowledgeWork cross?functionally to deliver impactful features that enhance customer experienceExperience Level5-8 years of professional experience in frontend web developmentProven ability to deliver production?grade, high?quality web interfacesExperience in e?commerce or other large?scale digital platforms preferredCore Technical SkillsExpertise in HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS, with strong understanding of scalable architecture (BEM, ITCSS, etc.)Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScriptFamiliarity with templating systems and integrating frontends into enterprise?level platforms (ISML templates is a plus)Strong grasp of responsive design, cross?browser compatibility, and mobile?first principlesExperience optimizing frontend performance and applying WCAG accessibility standardsVersion control with Git, and experience with Jira, Confluence, and agile collaborationNice to HaveExposure to Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) or comparable e?commerce systemsExperience with headless CMS solutions such as ContentfulFamiliarity with modern front?end frameworks (React, Vue, etc.)Experience with testing tools (Jest, Playwright)Knowledge of design systems, component libraries, and performance optimization best practicesIndustry Domain PreferenceExperience in e-commerce, retail, or digital product developmentUnderstanding of customer journeys, conversion, and user experience best practicesInterest in technology, design, and performance?driven digital productsSoft Skills & CollaborationStrong sense of ownership, structure, and qualityExcellent communication and collaboration skills in English (German is a plus)Curious, self?driven, and eager to contribute to a high?performing international teamComfortable working remotely with European counterpartsCompensationCompetitive market?based salary, generous paid time off, and contribution to a private pension scheme.xqbhyrx Our compensation package is designed to reward experience and performance.#J-*****-Ljbffr
