As Lead Integration Architect, you define and operationalize integration standards across Agilent’s software platform and partner divisions. You bridge strategy and hands-on delivery, shaping API design, event-driven patterns, schema governance, and versioning. You lead reviews of critical designs and guide teams toward scalable, platform-grade integration solutions. You own governance, contracts, and debt remediation to ensure consistent, cross-system interoperability. This role offers influence over architectural direction and hands-on impact in a fast-paced scientific software ecosystem.Compensaciones / Beneficios* Design and own integration architecture solutions across the platform, instruments, applications, and enterprise systems* Define integration standards and reference architectures (API design, event-driven patterns, schema governance, versioning) and validate implementations* Architect and guide containerized integration solutions using Kubernetes for reliability and scale* Review and approve critical integration designs and make binding architecture decisions* Build and maintain a library of reusable integration patterns and reference implementations* Serve as the go-to integration authority across divisions to solve cross-system problems* Define integration contracts between platform services, instruments, and enterprise systems* Identify and remediate patterns that introduce technical debt or cross-team couplingResponsabilidades* 10+ years in software engineering or architecture with 5+ years in hands-on integration architecture roles* Deep expertise in REST/GraphQL API design, event-driven architecture (Kafka, MQTT, or equivalent), xcskxlj asynchronous messaging, and schema governance* Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes for platform-scale deployments* Experience with Docker and cloud-native deployment across edge and cloud environments* Proven track record delivering integration solutions and owning their design and quality* Experience setting and enforcing API versioning, schema management, and contract-based standards* Ability to make and defend binding architecture decisions across teams with competing prioritiesRequisitos principales* bonus* stock* benefits
