Ai Engineer

Experteer Overview In this role you will help design, build and deploy AI-powered solutions for content discovery, personalization and operations at Rakuten TV. You will work closely with the AI Lead within the AI team to translate high-impact problems into concrete AI products. The role emphasizes AI-first delivery with rigorous engineering, observability, and measurable results. You will communicate findings through demos and documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to scale AI capabilities.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Partner with the AI Lead to identify high-impact technical problems and translate them into AI solutions - Design and implement end-to-end AI workflows including data, model/agent logic, evaluation and deployable prototype - Apply engineering best practices: reason about model behavior, design evaluation pipelines (golden datasets, regression tests, human-in-the-loop) - Integrate prototypes into real systems via APIs and services with observability on latency, cost and quality - Produce clear demos and documentation; communicate results, tradeoffs and risks to technical and non-technical stakeholdersResponsabilidades - 1-3 years of end-to-end product development experience; internships relevant tothe role also valued - Hands-on experience with LLMs or AI agents - Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python a plus), Git knowledge, and familiarity with Docker and/or container technologies - Experience with cloud-based AI platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and AI services from providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) - Familiarity with MLOps: model versioning, experiment tracking, monitoring, and API development with FastAPI or similar - Strong understanding of AI fundamentals: model failures, hallucinations, grounding strategies and evaluation-driven developmentRequisitos principales - hybrid model - flexible hours - Friday afternoon off - training resources - flexible remuneration options - wellbeing platforms
