Requirements

Experteer Overview In this role you will own and coordinate security incident response within a global, multi-cultural team. You’ll analyze data from diverse sources, drive improvements to guidelines and runbooks, and contribute to the internal toolset with automation. You’ll interpret complex attack patterns to strengthen Allianz’s detection and defense capabilities, while working closely with Threat Intelligence, Vulnerability Management, and Business Applications teams. You will participate in on-call shifts to ensure rapid response, making a real-world impact on security posture.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Coordinate and own incident response activities across distributed environments - Acquire and analyze data from multiple sources and report findings clearly - Conduct incident reviews and implement improvements to guidelines, runbooks, and processes - Contribute to internal tools through new features and automation scripts - Analyze attack patterns and provide actionable security recommendations - Collaborate with Threat Intelligence, Vulnerability Management, and Business Applications teams - Participate in on-call shifts to maintain 24/7 availability and rapid responseResponsabilidades - University degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or related field with Master’s preferred - Extensive experience in Incident Response and managing complex environments - Experience in IT Forensics, Malware Analysis, or Vulnerability Management (a plus) - Broad technical expertise across Linux/Windows, AD/Entra ID, web, email, networking, cryptography, and DevOps tools - Software engineering and scripting skills (Python, Golang, Shell, PowerShell, CI/CD) and database management - Strong understanding of information security concepts, TTPs, and defensive/offensive experience - Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills; willingness to participate in on-call shifts - Relevant certifications (e.G., SANS/GIAC, CISSP, CISM) are a plus but not mandatoryRequisitos principales - Hybrid work model with remote and in-person collaboration - Bonus scheme and employee shares program - Pension plan - Employee discounts - Digital learning and international career mobility - Flexible working and health u0026 wellbeing benefits
