Experteer Overview Se pueden requerir diversas habilidades interpersonales y experiencia para el siguiente puesto.Por favor, asegúrese de consultar la descripción a continuación con atención.In this role you will lead and own security incident response within Allianz’s Cyber Defense Center, addressing high-impact cyber incidents in a global, cross-functional context.You will coordinate across threat intelligence, detection, and security operations to strengthen Allianz’s security posture.You’ll analyze data from multiple sources, drive improvements to playbooks, and contribute to internal tooling and automation.This position offers real-world impact in a collaborative, 24/7 incident response environment with opportunities to shape detection and defense capabilities.Compensaciones / Beneficios* Coordinate and own security incident response activities across distributed environments and stakeholders* Acquire and analyze data from diverse sources and report findings clearly* Conduct incident reviews and drive improvements to guidelines, runbooks, and processes* Contribute to ACDC tooling and automation through new features and scripts* Analyze attack patterns and threat actors to enhance detection and defence capabilities* Collaborate with Threat Intelligence, Vulnerability Management, and Business Applications Teams* Participate in on-call shifts to ensure 24/7 incident readinessResponsabilidades* Extensive experience in Incident Response and managing complex environments* IT Forensics, Malware Analysis, or Vulnerability Management experience a plus* Strong technical expertise across Linux/Windows, Active Directory/Entra ID, web, email, networking, cryptography, and DevOps tools* Software engineering and scripting skills: Python, Golang, Shell, PowerShell, xqbhyrx CI/CD, DB management* Solid understanding of information security principles and attacker TTPs* Excellent analytical, structured thinking, and communication skills in English* Willingness to participate in on-call shifts* Security certifications (e.g., SANS/GIAC, CISSP, etc.) are a plus but not mandatoryRequisitos principales* Hybrid work model* Company bonus scheme* Pension plan* Employee shares program* Learning and international career mobility* Flexible working and health u** wellbeing benefits
