Job description

Rattaché(e) à l’équipe Support, vos responsabilités principales seront les suivantes : Gestion du support technique : Vous prenez en charge le support technique des clients professionnels de la société sur l’ensemble de nos produits et services (VoIP, Accès xDSL, téléphonie mobile, catalogue d’applications). Suivi des incidents : Vous prenez en charge toutes les demandes clients et gérez l’intégralité des tickets à travers notre outil de ticketing dédié.

Requirements

  • Bac+2 ou équivalents Cette formation est indispensable
