To be successful in this role you don’t have to have worked in a Data Center previously or in an IT related role. If you are a proven people manager, with success of developing a team through change and ambiguity, then this could be the role for you.Key job responsibilitiesLead and develop high?performing technical teams, providing strategic guidance and fostering professional growthOptimize data center operations through continuous process improvement and innovative solutionsManage infrastructure projects, including maintenance of existing facilities and strategic expansion of new data centersCultivate strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless operational performanceDrive operational excellence by implementing robust metrics, incident management, and capacity planning strategiesA day in the lifeYour day will be dynamic and impactful, where you’ll collaborate with cutting?edge engineering teams, solve complex technical challenges, and transform how we design and manage data center ecosystems.
