ppARQUIMEA, we are a technology company operating globally and providing innovative solutions and products in highly demanding sectors./p pOur areas of activity are Aerospace, Defense Security, Big Science, Biotechnology and Fintech./p pIn ARQUIMEA SPACE develops spaceflight parts and equipment for satellites and launchers.We specialize in thermal control systems, structural panels, optical payloads, avionics, release and deployment mechanisms, and rad?hardened microelectronics.Together with our tech partners we provide high?throughput smallsats and their subsystems.Our brand?new factory in Madrid is suited to integrate satellites and constellations./p h3Project Manager /h3 pLead complex space projects from conception to successful execution, managing interdisciplinary teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest technical and regulatory standards./p h3Tasks /h3 ul liCoordinate, as main responsible, the complete life of space related projects assigned: planning, execution and closure./li liEnsure that all projects are delivered on?time, within scope and within budget with the quality standards and procedures of the company./li liDevelop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility and appropriate risk management./li liCoordinate project communications, managing the iteration with project stakeholders as subcontractors, partners and customers./li liUse appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs./liliReport and escale to management as needed./li liCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation./li /ul h3Required Skills, Experience and Candidate Profile /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, specialization in Aerospace, or a related field./li li+3 years of experience as Project Manager, preferably in space, military or aerospace sector./li liKnowledge of Project Management methodologies (e.g., PMI methodologies)./li liPrevious experience in space projects desirable./li liKnowledge of aerospace quality standards desirable./li liProficient in MS Office Suite./li liProactive, autonomous and team player./li liExcellent negotiation and communication skills.Comfortable dealing with customers and suppliers./li liProficient in English./li liEligible to work in the EU./li liFamiliarity with industry standards and requirements related to satellite power systems (e.g., ECSS, NASA standards)./li liAbility to obtain and maintain a security clearance, if required./li /ul pThe position is located in our Headquarters of Torrejon de Ardoz (Madrid).The candidate must be eligible to work in the EU and must be able to travel to the US./p pWe’re looking for curious, creative, tenacious and collaborative people, eager to do things and unafraid to tackle challenges in order to contribute to improving the society in which we live./p pThink Big, Do the Job Enjoy Life /p pAt ARQUIMEA, we value diversity and inclusion.We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, or other protected factors by law.All candidates will be considered equally based on their skills and experience /p /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
