IT Operations & Systems Administrator

• Manage the company’s IT infrastructure, users and business systems.
• Administer Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft Dynamics and other SaaS platforms.
• Support stores and offices with hardware, POS, networking and day-to-day IT operations.
• Coordinate the IT setup for new store openings across Europe.
• Manage IT assets, software licenses, cybersecurity and access permissions.
• Coordinate external IT vendors and maintain IT documentation and standards.

• 3+ years of experience in IT Operations or Systems Administration.
• Fluent English and Spanish (Italian is a plus).
• Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and SaaS administration.
• Experience supporting macOS and Windows environments.
• Knowledge of networking (Wi-Fi, VPN, routers) and endpoint management.
• Strong troubleshooting, organization and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to stores across Europe.
