Job description

We’re looking for a commercially driven, confident, and curious Business Development Manager to help grow our ERP division., * Presenting solutions - Deliver compelling demos, presentations, and proposals that bring solutions to life

  • Working cross-functionally - Collaborate closely with pre-sales, consultants, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth journey from sale to implementation
  • Representing the business - Attend industry events, network, and build your presence in the market

Requirements

We’re open to different backgrounds, but the common thread is commercial awareness, confidence, and the ability to connect business needs with technology.

You might have:

  • Experience in ERP sales, software sales, or business applications (e.g. Sage, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP Business One, Acumatica)
  • OR
  • A background in ERP consulting or implementation, with a strong interest in moving into a sales-focused roleAlongside that, you’ll bring:
  • A proven ability to close deals and manage a pipeline
  • Confidence speaking both business and technical language
  • (e.g. understanding cloud solutions, cybersecurity, system integrations)
  • An understanding of manufacturing or operational environments
  • (e.g. production processes, timelines, bill of materials, supply chain)
  • Strong presentation and communication skills - you’re comfortable speaking in front of clients and groups
  • A proactive, self-starting mindset - someone who takes ownership and makes things happen, * Do you have experience selling ERP solutions/services, and which ERP platforms have you sold (e.g., Odoo, SAP B1, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, TallyPrime, Sage, Acumatica, etc.)?
  • Do you have experience selling into manufacturing or industrial clients?

Experience:

  • ERP/software Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Drivers license (preferred)
