Our client, a leading organization in the technology and business solutions sector, is seeking a Product Manager IV to join their team. As a Product Manager IV, you will be part of the Business Unit/Group: WBCORP WB Corporate supporting the development and management of critical enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, adaptability, and strategic thinking, which will align successfully in the organization., * Develop, track, and manage project budgets, plans, timelines, and scope to ensure successful delivery.
- Manage project resources by procuring staff, motivating, coaching, and advising team members.
- Collaborate closely with functional project teams to define and refine business requirements.
- Lead teams of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet organizational needs.
- Define test plans, oversee testing phases, and ensure products are defect-free before User Acceptance Testing., * Opportunity to work on impactful projects within a dynamic organization.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience acting as a liaison between business and technology teams.
- Proven ability to break down complex features into manageable deliverables.
- Extensive experience coaching teams through product-led delivery frameworks.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on scope, schedule, and resource management.
- Technical proficiency in managing Jira backlog and developing product visions.
