Ftc Program Manager, Swa, Eu Swa Ops First Mile & Integration

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead cross-functional programs for Amazon Shipping, helping to shape a fast-growing, customer-focused logistics product.You will work with senior leadership to drive the First Mile strategy and scale new operating solutions across the supply chain.You’ll manage programs from problem statement to launch, delivering impact on service, growth and cost targets.This is an entrepreneurial, hands-on position in a high-velocity environment, offering a chance to influence a pivotal, industry-wide effort.Compensaciones / Beneficios- Lead operational programs for Amazon Shipping in collaboration with AMZL/ATS and business teams- Monitor weekly First Mile KPIs (qualitative and cost) and report in SWA and AMZL WBR- Partner with AMZL/ATS/Commercial and Customer Support to improve processes and performance- Own ops readiness documents including problem statements and impact assessment- Own launch/implementation and scale-up before transitioning to BAU operationsResponsabilidades- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, lookups, formulas, data cleansing)- Customer-focused and professional demeanor- Organizational skills and operations mindset- Ability to work in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments- Experience leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams- Strong presentation skills- Willingness to travel within the EU- Fluent in written and spoken English- Proficiency with Microsoft ExcelRequisitos principales-
