ppAST SpaceMobile is building the first and only global cellular broadband network in space to operate directly with standard, unmodified mobile devices based on our extensive IP and patent portfolio and designed for both commercial and government applications.Our engineers and space scientists are on a mission to eliminate the connectivity gaps faced by today’s five billion mobile subscribers and finally bring broadband to the billions who remain unconnected./p h3Position Overview /h3 pWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Electronic Test Engineer to work in the testing, validation, and troubleshooting of advanced electronic assemblies and systems.This role is critical to ensuring product performance, reliability, and quality throughout development and production phases.The ideal candidate will have strong hands?on technical experience, solid diagnostic skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast?paced engineering and manufacturing environment./p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPerform functional, validation, and acceptance testing of electronic assemblies and PCBAs./li liExecute test procedures, record data, and document results in accordance with internal quality standards./li liUnderstand the test rack design and composition for using them and create new units./li liExperience in harness design and fabrication./li liTroubleshoot and diagnose electrical and electronic failures down to the component level./li liOperate and maintain electronic test equipment including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, power supplies, signal generators, and data acquisition systems./li liFamiliarity to write or interpret PCB schematic./li liFamiliarity to read or modify Python code./li liInterpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation./li liEnsure compliance with ESD, safety, and quality procedures./li liIdentify and elevate recurring test failures or process issues./li liContribute to continuous improvement initiatives within test operations./li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liEducation: Bachelor degree in electronic engineering or related./li liExperience: A minimum of 1-2 years experience sufficient to perform testing, monitoring, and production support activities in a testing environment./li liPreferred Qualifications: ul liFamiliarity with environmental or stress testing methods./li liExperience supporting RF or high-frequency electronic systems./li liPrevious experience working in controlled production environments./li /ul /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liStrong analytical and problem?solving skills./li liMeticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy of all test data and documentation./li liProven ability to collaborate effectively within cross?functional teams./li liStrong organizational and time?management skills in a deadline?driven environment./li liHigh level of accountability and commitment to quality and safety./li /ul h3Technology Stack /h3 ul liOscilloscopes /li liSpectrum analyzers and RF test equipment /li liDigital multimeters and programmable power supplies /li liData acquisition (DAQ) systems /li liLabVIEW, Python, or other basic test automation tools /li liMicrosoft Office Suite /li liElectronic documentation systems /li liThermal chambers /li liTVAC chambers /li /ul h3Physical Requirements /h3 ul liAbility to work in a laboratory or production environment./li liManual dexterity required for handling small electronic components and connectors./li liAbility to wear protective equipment./li /ul pThis job description may not be inclusive to the duties and responsibilities listed.Additional tasks may be assigned to the employee from time to time or the scope of the job may change as needed by business demands./p pAST SpaceMobile is an Equal Opportunity, at?will Employer; employment is governed on the basis of merit, competence and qualifications and will not be influenced in any manner by race, color, religion, gender, national origin/ethnicity, veteran status, disability status, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, mental or physical disability or any other legally protected status./p /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
