Job description

Tech Pipeline helps operations teams resolve friction in their daily workflows. We are currently supporting a Spanish logistics firm to improve the way their data moves between local handlers and regional hubs. This Junior Scrum Master role focuses on keeping the technical work organized and the backlogs clear while we address specific routing rules and integration gaps.About the role The client’s tech stack is struggling to keep up with the volume of physical shipments and local deliveries. As a Junior Scrum Master, you will oversee the daily pulse of the team as they untangle these logistics bottlenecks. This is not a role for high-level strategy or abstract frameworks.Instead, you will work within a fully remote team to look at the logs, identify why an update failed, and make sure the developers have what they need to fix it.You will act as the bridge between the operational reality in Spain and the technical fixes required to stabilize the system for the long term. What you will be doing Facilitating remote daily standups to identify immediate blockers in the routing engine updates.Keeping the sprint backlog organized by translating operational problems into clear technical tasks.Monitoring task status across the board to ensure no developer is stuck on a silent dependency.Documenting changes to routing rules to help client operators understand new system behaviors.Assisting in the manual review of data logs when reconciliation errors occur between systems.Ensuring the technical team adheres to the agreed timelines for the logistics project deliverables.Drafting concise weekly updates for stakeholders that focus on progress and technical resolution.Helping the team maintain focus by shielding them from non-technical distractions during the sprint. What we need from you A basic understanding of agile principles and how they help a remote team stay organized.Experience using task tracking tools like Jira, Trello, or Linear during university or personal projects.Strong organizational skills and the ability to track multiple small details simultaneously.Clear communication habits, especially in writing, which is essential for our remote work style.A willingness to learn how technical systems, such as APIs and databases, actually function.Curiosity about logistics and how physical goods move through a complex digital pipeline.Reliable follow-up skills to ensure tasks are completed correctly and documentation is updated.A grounded approach to problem-solving that focuses on the specific task at hand.Helpful background Familiarity with logistical concepts like inventory management or shipping manifests.Previous experience in an administrative role that required fast responses and accuracy.Basic exposure to reading system logs or understanding how data flows between applications.Language skills in Spanish are a plus for understanding client context, though the primary work language is English. What the role offers A permanent, full-time position that is fully remote.Competitive pay that is attractive for an entry-level professional in the current market. The chance to work on a concrete project with a real-world impact on global logistics.Direct mentorship from experienced operators who value technical truth over theory.Exposure to a wide variety of tools and systems within the modern logistics tech stack.A remote working environment that respects your time and focuses on documented output.Working at Tech Pipeline means avoiding meetings that could be emails and prioritizing precise documentation. We work remotely, using clarity and direct communication to solve problems quickly. Our goal for every project is to hand over a stable, functional system that our clients can maintain themselves. We value team members who are happy to trace a problem down to the specific config file. You will be part of a team that cares about ground truth and building tools that actually work for the people using them every day.
