Process Engineer ECP - Parla, SpainSi desea conocer los requisitos para este puesto, siga leyendo para obtener toda la información relevante.With our strong investment in research and development and our culture of continuous improvement, Hexcel is the industry leader in the manufacturing of advanced composite materials, including carbon fiber, woven reinforcements, resins, prepregs, honeycombs and additive manufactured parts.We invite you to join the Hexcel team at various manufacturing sites, sales offices and R&D centers around the globe.Become a part of the “strength within.”Responsibilities- Define and control industrial processes across the production of all intermediates and finished goods through recipes, trials, procedures, records, documentation, controls, etc.- Apply and deploy continuous improvement philosophy across production processes to improve quality, enhance robustness, increase sustainability and reduce cost.- Support daily problems found across production lines in close collaboration with blue?collar staff, ensuring procedures are followed, processes improved and controls are functioning.- Support internal and external audits.- Help develop, support and/or lead action plans to close gaps.- Ensure all quality policies and procedures are followed across manufacturing processes, deploying improvements, action plans and closing gaps to achieve company goals.Qualifications- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a technical field.Preferred Engineering degrees: Chemical or Mechanical.- Less than 3 years of work experience (excluding intern & co?op experience).Experience in industrial environments is an added value.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.- Willingness and ability to relocate, travel domestically and internationally.- Experience with continuous improvement, Lean and/or Six Sigma tools; Green Belt certification is a plus.- Experience with information?management tools such as ERPs, MES, SharePoint is an added value.- Knowledge of programming macros in Excel, advanced skills on Power BI, Power Apps or other business intelligence tools is a plus.xqbhyrx - Eligibility to work in the country where the position is based.#J-*****-Ljbffr
