Job description

  • Telefonischer Anwendersupport / Fehlerbehebung 1st und 2nd Level
  • Verwaltung und Dokumentation der Störungen mittels Ticketsystem
  • Grundlegende Fehlerdiagnose und -behebung der Basisdienste:
  • Support für Citrix Workspace Umgebungen
  • Benutzerverwaltung im Active Directory
  • Aufbau von Veranstaltungstechnik (Laptop/Beamer) in den Besprechungsräumen
  • Aufsetzen von Videokonferenzen mit Cisco WebEx und Meetingserver
  • Hardwareentstörung vor Ort im Büro / Durchführung von Hardwareumzügen
  • Betankung von PCs und Laptops / Softwareverwaltung

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder vergleichbares
  • Ca. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse des Betriebssystems Windows 10 sowie der Office Produkte
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Standard-IT Komponenten (Rechner, Monitor, Peripherie etc.)
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Citrix Benutzer-Support
  • Basis-Kenntnisse im Bereich Netzwerke und Serverbetriebssysteme (Microsoft, SuseLinux)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
