• Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Digital Transformation, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Artificial Intelligence, Business Intelligence, and Emerging Technologies.
• Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate dissertations and participate in thesis defense committees.
• Deliver tutorials and practical sessions focused on Strategic Management and Effective Teamwork.
• Contribute to curriculum development, academic quality assurance, and institutional initiatives.
• Conduct research and contribute to scholarly activities, including publishing in Scopus-indexed journals.

Teaching assignments are indicative and may vary based on institutional needs and the candidate’s expertise.

• PhD in Digital Business, Technology Management, Entrepreneurship, or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of university teaching experience at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
• Broad expertise in Digital Transformation, Business Intelligence, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, or Digital Platforms.
• Experience supporting entrepreneurial projects and innovation initiatives.
• Research expertise in Digital Transformation, Innovation Management, Entrepreneurship in Digital Ecosystems, or AI-driven Business Strategy.
• Experience with applied teaching methods, including project-based learning and simulations.
• Excellent command of English (language of instruction). Additional languages are considered an asset.
• Ability to teach across multiple programmes and work effectively in an international, multicultural environment.

Faculty members are expected to:

• Publish at least one peer-reviewed Scopus-indexed journal article.
• Produce a minimum of three scholarly or intellectual contributions over a rolling five-year period, in line with institutional research expectations.
