Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess broad infrastructure expertise across Windows, Linux, virtualisation, monitoring, backup and security technologies, coupled with experience operating within regulated or highly controlled environments., * Strong Windows and/or Linux server administration experience

Active Directory, DNS and DHCP
VMware and/or Hyper-V
Infrastructure monitoring tools (SCOM, SolarWinds, Splunk or similar)
Backup and recovery solutions (Rubrik, NetBackup or equivalent)
PowerShell, Bash or other scripting/automation skills
Experience supporting both BAU operations and infrastructure projects
Strong technical documentation and discovery experience
Excellent stakeholder and supplier engagement skills

Highly Desirable Experience

CyberArk or other Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions
Supporting infrastructure within secure, restricted or highly regulated environments
Working with segregated networks, firewalls and jump hosts
Managing infrastructure where change control is strict and downtime is highly sensitive
Infrastructure patching, monitoring and maintenance within critical operational environments
Citrix and SCCM/MECM
Hybrid on-premise and cloud environments
Azure and/or AWS exposure
