We are seeking an Agentic Workflow Lead to design, optimize, and operationalize intelligent workflows that combine human decision-making with AI-driven execution. This is not a traditional project management or business analyst role - this is a hands-on operational transformation role focused on building scalable human + AI operating models.

You will work closely with Agentic Engineers and cross-functional teams to define how AI agents interact with business processes, drive adoption, improve workflow quality, and deliver measurable business impact.

The ideal candidate understands operational workflows deeply, has hands-on exposure to modern AI tooling, and can bridge the gap between business transformation and technical execution.

What You’ll DoWorkflow Design & Operational Transformation

• Design and redesign end-to-end workflows for AI-agent-enabled operations
• Map current-state business processes and define future-state human + AI collaboration models
• Determine where AI agents should automate, augment, or escalate work to humans
• Define exception handling, governance, escalation paths, and operational controls
• Build scalable workflow documentation, SOPs, and operational frameworks

AI Workflow Quality & Optimization

• Define acceptance criteria and quality standards for AI-generated outputs
• Identify workflow gaps, edge cases, and operational risks before deployment
• Partner with engineering teams to refine prompts, workflows, and agent behaviors
• Monitor production workflows and continuously improve performance and adoption
• Measure and communicate business impact including efficiency gains, scalability, and error reduction

Change Management & Adoption

• Lead adoption efforts for AI-enabled workflows across business teams
• Develop training, communication, and stakeholder engagement strategies
• Educate teams on AI capabilities, limitations, and operational best practices
• Drive alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Operate in a co-ownership model with Agentic Engineers and technical teams
• Translate business requirements into actionable workflow specifications
• Collaborate with offshore and nearshore engineering teams
• Contribute reusable workflow templates, governance models, and best practices
• Mentor junior team members and help scale AI workflow capabilities across the organization, * AI-enabled workflows are successfully deployed and adopted across business teams
• Human + AI collaboration models improve operational efficiency, speed, and quality
• Stakeholders trust the workflows and understand where human oversight is required
• Agentic systems deliver measurable business outcomes and continuous improvement

Do you have experience in Technical writing?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Operations, or related technical field

• Strong experience in workflow design, business process analysis, operational transformation, or intelligent automation
• Hands-on experience using modern AI productivity and coding tools such as:
• Claude
• GitHub Copilot
• Cursor
• Strong understanding of human-AI collaboration models and AI workflow orchestration
• Ability to define operational KPIs and measurable quality standards for AI systems
• Experience writing business requirements, workflow specifications, and acceptance criteria
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
