Job description

The HR IT Analyst II will support and optimize HR technology platforms by maintaining system functionality, ensuring employee data integrity, and resolving technical issues. The role includes supporting HRIS applications, participating in system implementations and upgrades, performing testing and reporting, and collaborating with business and technical teams to improve HR processes and the overall employee experience., * Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of employee data across HR systems.

  • Perform data audits, validation, and quality assurance to ensure compliance.
  • Provide day-to-day HRIS support and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to resolve technical issues.
  • Participate in HR technology initiatives, including requirements gathering, documentation, testing, implementation, and post-production support.
  • Evaluate HR processes and recommend workflow improvements and system enhancements.
  • Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and validation for system upgrades and releases.
  • Support configuration and administration of HR applications such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms.
  • Develop standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
  • Monitor system integrations, troubleshoot data issues, and document resolutions.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
  • Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset., * Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or similar HRIS platforms.
  • Experience creating reports using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of system testing methodologies, data validation, and process documentation.
  • Basic SQL or relational database knowledge.
