Job description

We are seeking an HRIT Analyst II to support and optimize Human Resources technology platforms, ensuring reliable system performance, accurate employee data, and efficient business processes. This role partners closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to provide technical support, maintain HR systems, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to ongoing technology initiatives that improve the employee experience and operational efficiency., * Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of employee data across HR technology platforms.

  • Perform routine audits and data validation to ensure compliance and high-quality system data.
  • Provide day-to-day support for HR systems, resolving functional issues and coordinating with internal teams and third-party vendors when necessary.
  • Participate in HR technology projects, including requirements gathering, documentation, testing, implementation, and post-deployment support.
  • Evaluate existing HR processes and recommend system enhancements or workflow improvements.
  • Execute user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and validation activities for system upgrades, enhancements, and releases.
  • Support the configuration and administration of HR applications, including platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS solutions.
  • Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc reports to support HR operations and business decision-making.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and analytics that provide actionable workforce insights.
  • Monitor system integrations, identify errors, and resolve or escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Troubleshoot application and data issues while documenting resolutions and recommending preventative measures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline., * 2 4 years of experience supporting HR technology platforms or Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Experience working with enterprise HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or similar platforms.
  • Experience creating reports and analyzing data using Microsoft Excel and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with system testing methodologies, data validation, and process documentation.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or relational databases is preferred., * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset and a collaborative approach to solving business challenges.
