Personal Computer Technician

Under general supervision, installs and configures personal computers and responds to helpdesk incoming calls from end users; installs software programs, maintains or arranges for maintenance to keep personal computers in good working order; provides personal computer users with operating and programming assistance in the field and from their helpdesk workstation. Performs other duties as assigned.

Do you have experience in System maintenance?, Do you have a Associate’s degree?, Associate degree in computer science or related field and two years’ experience in personal computer operation, maintenance and programming.

Progressively responsible directly related experience may be substituted for the required education at the ratio of two years of experience for one year of education in personal computer operation, maintenance and programming.
