Job description

  • Leading, designing, implementing, deploying, and maintaining scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure using cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), SAAS products (Databricks, Snowflake) and on-premises solutions
  • Designing & developing reusable IaC modules for deploying Kubernetes, Databricks, Snowflake and other related cloud services on AWS and Azure
  • Building and optimizing continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to enable rapid and reliable software releases
  • Automating repetitive tasks, including provisioning, configuration, and monitoring, using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar
  • Implementing and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure system reliability and performance (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack)
  • Integrating DevOps pipelines with tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Jenkins
  • Working closely with developers to integrate DevOps practices into the software development lifecycle and support containerized applications (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Ensuring infrastructure and pipelines adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements (e.g., ITAR, EAR, SOC 2, GDPR).
  • Diagnosing and resolving infrastructure, deployment, and performance issues in production and non-production environments
  • Automating, monitoring and optimizing cloud resource usage to balance performance and cost efficiency
  • Integrating DevSecOps practices including secret management, vulnerability scanning and compliance check
  • Maintaining clear documentation of infrastructure, processes, and configurations to support team collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Guiding and mentoring development team members and sharing knowledge to foster a DevOps culture

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps and cloud platform operations
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and managing multi-cloud CI/CD pipelines (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake)
  • 3+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or ARM templates
  • 3+ years of experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  • 1+ years of experience implementing observability, monitoring, and tracing frameworks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Datadog and similar tools)
  • 1+ years of experience applying FinOps and cost optimization strategies in CI/CD pipelines and cloud operations to drive efficiency, resource accountability, and transparency spend
  • 3+ years of experience in implementing security controls in CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (IAM, RBAC, secrets management, encryption), * Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 3+ years of strong scripting and automation skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell, or similar)
  • 1+ years of experience in Manufacturing and Aviation
  • 1+ years of experience implementing event-driven, cloud-agnostic DevOps architectures supporting microservices, APIs, and serverless workloads
  • 1+ years of experience integrating DevOps, MLOps and expertise in AI/ML-driven observability or anomaly detection into infrastructure and DevOps pipelines
