We’re looking for an ambitious regional leader to drive growth, shape strategy, and build market presence across Scotland for a highly respected Data & AI consultancy. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a regional business unit, combining leadership, commercial growth, client engagement, and delivery excellence. Edinburgh based / Hybrid working with some UK travel when required. What you’ll be doing

• Leading and growing the Scotland practice
• Building and strengthening senior client relationships
• Driving business development and market expansion
• Championing AI, Data Science, Analytics and Modern Data Platforms
• Developing high-performing consulting teams
• Influencing regional strategy as part of the senior leadership team
• Acting as a trusted advisor to enterprise and public sector clients

• Strong consulting leadership experience
• Proven success in business development and revenue growth
• Established network within the Scottish market
• Deep expertise across AI, Data Engineering, Analytics, Cloud and Data Platforms
• A passion for developing people and building high-performing teams
• Experience delivering complex transformation programmes
