Onsite System Administrator - Fulton, MD

Day to Day: Insight Global is seeking a System Administrator to support a large scale document digitization and automation initiative based in Fulton, MD. This role will play a critical part in supporting and maintaining a high volume environment running multiple document imaging platforms such as Tungsten Total Agility (KTA) , IBML (Imaging Business Machines) and others. Part of the roles is to support an environment that produces digitization of over 435 million pages across 52,000+ boxes, with a fast-paced development timeline leading into production and long-term operational support. This individual will work closely with program leadership, technical teams, and on-site operators to ensure seamless ingestion, processing, and metadata extraction of documents. 60-70% of this resources time will be dedicated to project support with the remainder of time focusing on general IT support. The overall infrastructure design and solutions are primarily established so this role would be following those processes and standards and providing input. The environment is fully on prem with integrations into AWS for downstream processing. This is a highly collaborative role requiring coordination across engineers, program managers, and operational teams in a secure, regulated environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable working onsite in a fast-moving environment, supporting both engineering and administrative functions., * Support of Windows 2025 and Windows 11 Environments

• Support of Kofax/Tungsten, IBML, and Ephesoft
• Basic troubleshooting of switches, routers, ethernet and WiFi networks as well as server infrastructure and networking/ on-prem environments
• Setting up permissions in AD and Entra ID for 250-400 users
• Setting and resetting of passwords for Azure, M365 and Exchange to follow mandatory 60 day reset guidelines Channel support of AWS infrastructure

2 to 5 Years of hands on support experience with Windows Servers (2025) and Windows 11 environments

• Strong experience with scanner integrations, imaging environments, and document processing workflows with Kofax/Tungsten, IBML or Ephesoft.
• Solid understanding of server infrastructure, networking TCP/IP/DNS and on prem environments
• Familiarity with basic troubleshooting switches, routers, ethernet, and WIFI networks
• Experience managing user accounts, permissions, and access in Active Directory and Entra ID (roughly 250-400 permissions they will be setting up)
• Experience supporting or working in AWS infrastructure. This environment will already be installed, but will help with channel support as needed.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, Engineers, leadership and operational teams in a high volume production environment.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience with Azure and M365 and Exchange to assist with resetting passwords.
