IT Application Deployment Specialist

The role involves supporting the successful rollout and deployment of enterprise applications, with a focus on SAP environments, across various business units. The specialist will coordinate deployment activities, engage stakeholders, and ensure smooth implementation while maintaining high user satisfaction., * Lead and coordinate end-to-end deployment activities for IT applications.

• Support application implementation, upgrades, and rollouts across business units.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and end users to ensure successful deployments.
• Monitor deployment progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management activities.
• Ensure deployment documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.
• Drive issue resolution and escalation management during deployment phases.
• Track project milestones and provide regular status updates to the Service Delivery Manager.
• Promote best practices and continuous improvement throughout deployment processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT application deployment, implementation, or project coordination.
• Hands-on experience working with SAP environments (SAP ECC, S/4HANA, or related SAP applications).
• Understanding of IT service management and deployment methodologies.
• Experience working in cross-functional and international environments.
• Demonstrated ability to perform the duties of this position through relevant experience, training, or education.
