Product Specialist (Technical Products - Commercial Aerospace & Military)

We are seeking a Product Specialist to support a portfolio of circular connector products used in commercial aerospace and military applications. This role sits at the intersection of product management, sales support, and data analysis.

You’ll take ownership of pricing, forecasting, and product performance while serving as a key point of contact for both internal teams and customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow into a Product Management career path.

What You’ll Do

• Own and support monthly order forecasts and revenue targets
• Analyze sales trends, point-of-sale data, and inventory to drive decisions
• Manage pricing, including standard price lists and special customer quotes
• Review and track long-term agreements (LTAs) and contracts
• Serve as a product expert for assigned connector product lines
• Support customer and sales inquiries with technical and commercial insight
• Coordinate and resolve customer issues across internal teams
• Build relationships with sales teams and distribution partners through training and collaboration
• Maintain and improve product and sales support materials
• Contribute to both short-term execution and long-term product strategy

• 3+ years of experience in product support, sales support, technical sales, or product analysis
• Experience working with technical or physical products (industrial, aerospace, electronics, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
• Ability to manage pricing, quoting, or sales-related data
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through

Education

• Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s preferred
• Equivalent experience will be considered

Pay: $73,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year
