Applied AI (AAI) Solutions Consulting is the technical and strategic engine defining the core best practices and deployment frameworks that will set the standard for building and deploying enterprise AI agents across the Cloud ecosystem. We ensure nascent AI capabilities translate into enterprise reality for strategic customers, helping customers navigate the transition from legacy stacks to GenAI-native architectures. We are the ‘operational glue’ that synchronizes Solution Architecture, Engineering, and Product to move AI agents from discovery to high-scale production.

The Cloud Applied AI (AAI) powers business growth with Gemini Enterprise. Our portfolio includes Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (Shopping Agent, CX Agent Studio, Agent Assist, Vertex AI Search - Commerce, Customer Experience Insights), along with other vertical and domain packaged solutions. We enable high adoption and speed to value by building solutions that are quickly deployed, delivering new 0-to-1 capabilities with startup agility. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $174000 - $253000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Canada: $182000 - $187000 (CAD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with select, strategic customers to design, co-develop, debug, and deploy AI agents and solutions.
• Act as a high-level problem solver, empowered to write bespoke code, develop custom tooling, and contribute directly to the core product codebase.
• Systematize learnings from customer engagements working with team members to create reusable tools, robust documentation, and accelerators.
• Serve as a critical feedback loop to core Product and Engineering teams, synthesizing field insights to influence strategy.
• Provide technical guidance on agent improvement, performance tuning, CI/CD pipelines, and production readiness.

Experience driving progress, solving problems, and mentoring more junior team members; deeper expertise and applied knowledge within relevant area., * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 5 years of experience with artificial intelligence, distributed systems, large language models, and high performance computing., * 5 years of experience in software development.
• 5 years of experience testing/launching software products and 3 years of experience software design/architecture.
• 5 years of experience with speech/audio, reinforcement learning, or ML infrastructure.
• Experience working with customer teams.
