AI-Powered Software Engineer - Health Tech

Alan Precision is a preventive health platform that combines insurance, technology, and personalized health plans to deliver advanced prevention across Europe. Scope - AI strategist - Build and refine the AI layer that interprets members’ aggregated health data and recommends actionable plans. - Data integration - Design pipelines, connectors with labs and wearable APIs, and a data model that supports the entire product. - Mobile product - Ship a React Native app that delivers daily plans, retests, progress tracking, and insights. - Ecosystem integration - Create seamless hand-offs to tele-consultation, specialist referrals, and other Alan products. - International expansion - Build tooling for rapid launch in new markets, including language support, pricing, and local lab partners. Impact - Help over 1 million members change daily habits and extend healthy life expectancy. - Position Alan Precision as a leading preventive health platform in Europe by 2030. - Deliver measurable health outcomes such as better sleep, nutrition, and energy for end users. Qualifications Experience - 3+ years of engineering experience with strong product instincts. - Generalist across mobile (React Native), web, and backend (Python/Flask). - Impressive track record of shipping AI-powered features (LLMs, retrieval-augmented systems, agents, etc.) in production. - Delivered full-stack products from concept to production and iteration. - Fluent in English (French is not required). Mindset - Bias for action - make decisions quickly, ship, learn, iterate. - Enjoy ambiguity and 0-to-1 product development. - Product-mindful - balance technical work with member experience. - Own work from design to deployment. - Passionate about longevity, prevention, or healthspan. - Use AI responsibly, validating outputs before production.
