Cloud Engineer

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud-based and hybrid infrastructure solutions supporting enterprise applications and services

• Evaluate workloads and recommend cloud adoption strategies, including modernization, migration, and recovery planning

• Develop and support disaster recovery and business continuity approaches for high-availability systems

• Provision and manage infrastructure resources across cloud and on-prem environments

• Automate infrastructure and configuration management using infrastructure-as-code and scripting tools

• Enhance and support CI/CD processes to improve deployment speed, consistency, and reliability

• Apply security best practices across cloud environments, including identity, access, encryption, and network controls

• Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions to improve system performance and incident response

• Partner with cross-functional teams to align on standards, governance, documentation, and compliance requirements

• Experience working in cloud engineering, infrastructure, or architecture-focused roles

• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform, such as AWS or Microsoft Azure

• Exposure to containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

• Experience with scripting or automation tools (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash)

• Understanding of cloud networking, identity management, and security best practices

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills within technical environments

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience

• Industry certifications in cloud platforms are a plus Technology Doesn’t Change the World, People Do.®
