Job description

A fast-growing AI SaaS startup in Vienna is looking for a Web Designer to own and accelerate their Webflow-based online presence. You’ll work directly with Marketing, Sales, and the founding team to build high-converting landing pages, iterate quickly, and drive measurable results. This is a hands-on role with strong ownership and rapid learning opportunities in a dynamic, early-stage environment., * Own, develop, and maintain the company website end-to-end in Webflow.

  • Translate designs into Webflow and build new landing pages and marketing pages at pace.
  • Continuously improve user experience and implement conversion-oriented design changes.
  • Analyze content performance and apply technical optimizations to improve conversion rates.
  • Set up and maintain conversion tracking and performance measurement tools.
  • Provide occasional visual support and image editing (e.g. Photoshop or Canva).
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and founders to ensure consistent brand presentation.
  • Take full ownership of the website domain and execute improvements independently and quickly.

Requirements

  • Required: Proficiency in Webflow for end-to-end website design, development, and maintenance - this is a dealbreaker.
  • Required: 2+ years of experience as a Web Designer, ideally in a SaaS or startup environment.
  • Required: Experience delivering landing pages and marketing pages for SaaS or startup companies.
  • Required: Solid understanding of UX principles with a focus on conversion rate optimization.
  • Required: Experience with conversion tracking and content performance analysis, including implementing data-informed improvements.
  • Nice to have: Experience with Photoshop or Canva for graphic design tasks.
  • Nice to have: German language skills - you should at minimum be able to understand written German well; English is also acceptable.
  • Proactive, self-starter mindset with a strong ownership mentality and the ability to work independently., This is a hybrid role based in Vienna, Austria (7th district). Candidates must be able to work on-site regularly. Visa sponsorship is not available - candidates must already be authorized to work in Austria.
