  • Sicherstellung eines stabilen Betriebs, effizienter Support-Strukturen und definierter Service-Levels
  • Konzeptionelle Weiterentwicklung der Applikationslandschaft in enger Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen und IT-Leitung
  • Planung und Steuerung von Ressourcen, Budgets und Prioritäten innerhalb der Abteilung
  • Steuerung von IT-Projekten und Change-Vorhaben im Applikationsumfeld
  • Koordination externer Dienstleister sowie Sicherstellung regulatorischer und interner Vorgaben

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung im IT-Umfeld, idealerweise im Application- oder IT-Service-Management
  • Erfahrung in der operativen Steuerung von Applikationslandschaften und IT-Projekten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Budget-, Ressourcen- und Dienstleistersteuerung
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Führungskompetenz
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
