Salesforce Administrator

We’re looking for a proactive Salesforce Business Analyst to support our SFDC platform and integrated business systems. In this role, you’ll manage the full lifecycle of feature requests-from intake and requirements gathering to delivery and release-while partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance processes, improve system adoption, and ensure smooth releases across Salesforce and connected tools. What You’ll Do:

• Manage and prioritize Salesforce feature requests and enhancements
• Gather requirements, create user stories, and document process flows
• Partner with Admins, Developers, and Integration teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Coordinate project timelines, releases, and cross-system dependencies
• Support UAT, training readiness, release notes, and user adoption
• Maintain documentation and ensure changes follow governance and security standards

• 3 5+ years as a Business Analyst with strong Salesforce experience
• Knowledge of Sales/Service Cloud, integrations, APIs, and data flows
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, backlog management, and release coordination
• Strong communication and stakeholder-facing skills
• Experience supporting training/change management efforts
• Salesforce certifications preferred (BA, Admin, App Builder, etc.)
